1. Engagement Scope
All development, design, software, and marketing engagements undertaken by IT TO WEB are governed by individual project agreements and Statements of Work (SOW) executed between IT TO WEB and the client.
2. Project Estimates
Estimates generated via our website calculator or preliminary discussions are provided for scoping and planning purposes. Binding schedules, milestone deliverables, and fees are defined upon technical review and formal proposal execution.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon complete fulfillment of financial and contractual agreements for a project, ownership of custom bespoke client code, unique design assets, and tailored database architectures transfers fully to the client as specified in their individual agreement.
4. Governing Law & Headquarters
